When Tim first joined my team, he was never really into weight training as a primary focus for his fitness.
Despite being athletic, he had put on 25 pounds and felt uncomfortable with his body & was in a place where he wanted to create massive changes in his life.
From the moment of our first call, it was clear Tim wasn’t just seeking a trainer or coach.
He was looking for someone to be a resource for accountability & support; both in and out of the gym.
Over the next 4 months, we would focus not only just building his body, but giving him the energy, habits & lifestyle he was seeking.
During his program, Tim lost over 35 pounds, developed his body, while also regaining his mental and physical energy.
More importantly though, he created a new fitness-based lifestyle for himself. We have continued to be a team and work.
