Jillian began working with me after deciding that she wanted to regain her old-self back.

Being a former athlete, she wanted to begin to cultivate a progressive change in her lifestyle & fitness that worked for her demanding travel schedule of work.

More than anything, she wanted to feel healthy & strong not just in her physical body, but in her mental being too.

Over the course of 6 months, she lost over 20 pounds, drastically transformed her eating habits, and cultivated a training program that she enjoyed.

More importantly though, Jill transformed her lifestyle habits and created a foundation to become better.
