Her energy was through the roof, her body began to rapidly reduce in body fat & she was regaining the old self that she so wanted to have.

In our time together, she lost over 20 pounds & reduced her body fat substantially. More importantly though, she regained her self-confidence and energy while building a foundation of fitness for the rest of her life.

What Caitlin Has To Say

"I was always into fitness growing up. I ran, tried crossfit and went to the gym.

These things worked but I was always viewed as being a little on the “pudgy” side. I went to college and maintained my weight.

Then, once college ended I started a full-time job on a political campaign 70+ hours a week. I tried to workout when I could and I ate what was available to me.

I went from being “pudgy” to overweight very quickly. I put on 15 pounds in 4 months. When the campaign ended I was truly struggling to lose the weight. I could not get it off.

After seeing BP fitness’s success in other clients I decided I had to reach out to Brian. I was still working out all this time and attending fitness classes so I knew that biggest issue had to be my diet.

Brain helped me get my diet back on track and change my weight at 5 foot 8 inches from the high 170’s to now, the high 140’s.

I have kept the diet strong as well as the workout steady and have maintained my body and weight exactly where I want to be. The weight came off fast and I did not put it back on, this BP fitness made me feel so much better and more confident about myself.

Brian reached out constantly and gave amazing diet goals and guidelines. Whenever I would tell him my progress he was just as excited as I was!

Even now, months after my program he will check in to see how I am doing and to see if I am sticking to it. I became so confident in my own skin that I decided to make drastic life changes and decisions instead of just settling with the lifestyle I was in.

I have not been this happy with my life or my body ever! BP Fitness was just the push and motivation I needed to be where I am today."
