Ashley’s journey began with a sense of hope, but also a sense of nerves.

She wasn’t quite sure that she’d be able to make all the changes she wanted to in order to have the transformation & lifestyle she wanted.

She wanted to gain strength, have more energy, & have her body transform to a healthier look as well as feeling.

During her lifestyle & fitness program, Ashley’s strength & confidence in the gym shot through the roof. I would receive a daily message about all the victories she was achieving & I could feel her spirits rising.

Over the course of her program, she lost over 15+ pounds, gained muscle, lost body fat & transformed her lifestyle.

To this day, Ashley will still send me messages about her victories which I celebrate with every single message I receive. She is a light & shines for all other to see.

"Hi, my name is Ashley and I have just finished my program with Brian, and I want to tell you a little bit about that journey. I first decided to work with Brian, because I really needed help in reaching my personal fitness goals.

I didn't know where to start, was feeling really discouraged. I knew I needed to work with someone who took my success as seriously as I did, who was personally invested in my goals, and throughout my program I constantly saw that in Brian.

He was there to cheer me on in my successes and lift my spirits in my failures, and to show me how to turn those failures into meaning experiences.


My main goal was really to feel more confident in myself, and not even just physically - mentally, too. I wanted to become a healthier, happier me and I can tell you right now, after everything, that I am. Brian helped morph my goals into something more tangible.

During his program I successfully ran my first 5k and have several more to run in the near future. I feel healthy, confident, and powerful. I'm still working towards some new goals but I feel like being healthy is more intuitive now, and that is something that was really important to me.

I wanted to know how I could continue to succeed on my own after my program was over, and Brian helped build that platform with me.

Overall, I have lost about 20 pounds and gained muscle, strength and stamina that I never thought I could have. Brian will tell me that these successes were all me, but realistically I don't think I could have gotten to this point without him in my corner.

I highly recommend just reaching out, talking to Brian and I bet you that you will feel the same inspiration that i did. It's more than just a fitness program, you will learn so much about nutrition, exercise, and most of all yourself and what you are capable of achieving."
