Intermittent fasting is a diet structure that has gained a lot of popularity recently.
The main premise of IF is to decrease the window of time in which you are eating in.
The average America eats anywhere between 16-14 hours a day.
Whereas with IF you are focused on only eating for 12-8 hours a day.
IF has been linked to increases in weight loss, insulin sensitivity as well as reduced risks to cancer & heart disease.
